In addition to our normal All Day Menu, Executive Chef Micah Wyzlic and his culinary team have created some fantastic specials that will be featured each evening.
Christmas Eve Specials:
Prime Rib
Served with a guajillo chile jus, smoked onion rings, roasted garlic whipped potatoes and horseradish crème fraiche.
Seared Diver Scallops
Served with sweet corn polenta, Chile cured bacon, crispy Brussel sprouts and a champagne cranberry gastrique.
Striped Bass
Pan Seared and served with citrus cured chiogga and golden beets, shaved fennel salad, Meyer lemon gastrique and chive oil.
New Year's Eve Specials:
Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Tenderloin
Grilled organic asparagus, bleu cheese scalloped potatoes, sour pomegranate – port reduction, arugula – tomato salad
